Before starting to use the wire winding machine, it is necessary to carefully check the nameplate, check the circuit, starting equipment, and other related devices for the environment, check whether the circuits of each department are properly connected, whether the grounding is reliable, whether the fuses are intact and properly defined, whether the switches, contactors, etc. are exquisite, and whether incorrect circuit connections, open circuits, short circuits, and other factors can cause damage to the motor.
Before connecting the wire winding machine to the power supply, the insulation condition should be checked. If the insulation resistance is insufficient, dry treatment should be carried out, the insulation of the rotor winding should be checked, the pressure of the carbon brush spring should be calibrated, and the dirt on the broken root slip ring and carbon brush profile should be checked.
Before using the winding machine, it should be checked for no-load operation to ensure that the purpose of the twisting mark on the winding machine is correct. If the direction of rotation needs to be changed, simply swap the wiring of any two phases of the winding machine. At the same time, it is possible to check whether the winding machine is operating normally and whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations. Only after everything is proven to be normal can it be started with load.
The performance and reliability of the fully automatic winding machine also need to pay attention to the basic parameters set by the software. When starting, attention should be paid to the working characteristics (such as torque, efficiency, power factor, etc.): the starting torque must be large enough to enable the winding machine to overcome the resistance torque and start; The starting current should be as small as possible; Starting the device should be as simple, economical, and easy to operate as possible.
